Speaking Korean is the best investment you can make for meeting and dating Koreans.
It will help you build rapport with her and even shoot down your competition (they won't understand what you're saying right?)
But then how can you learn a language so different than your own in the easiest and most convenient way possible?
Well if your goal is to converse with Koreans then read on for the top 5 tips on how to learn Korean!
Tip #1 - Have a Strong Reason For Learning Korean
This is a no-brainer but the core of your learning Korean. Commit to learning the language and the best way to do that is to have a strong reason.
In my case I put pictures beautiful Korean women and as I studied Korean I would look at the pictures for motivation.

I recommend finding a motivating picture or two that will see you through the hardships of studying.
Especially Korean because it's such a different language!
In fact it's actually rated as one of the most challenging languages to learn for English-speakers.
Not just because of the different vocabulary.
It will take you some time (read 'years') to wrap your head around the grammar and and different tones depending on how old your date is and how intimate you are.
Unless you're Japanese of course because the grammar is the same. ;-)
Tip #2 - Commit To Studying Regularly
If you're serious about empowering yourself with a tool that makes meeting Korean women fun and unique for both of you then it's time to commit!
When I first came to Korea I would wake up an hour earlier and study with my morning coffee. Sure there was some days where I didn't learn Korean but I knew that I was committed for the long haul.
The best book I would study from is a beginners guide called Korean Made Easy. It has an easy-to-follow program and if you finish the book you will be able to impress that Korean woman with basic Korean conversations.

Tip #3 - Get Talking Right Away!
When I was first dedicated to speak Korean I would take my lessons from the previous day and actively seek out Koreans!
I would start a basic conversation with them (how to get somewhere or what time it was.) I would then say what I had memorized. If I had forgot it I would pull out my Korean lessons of the day and read it.
When I didn't know how to start that conversation I would simply ask them how to say 'such-and-such' in Korean. If they asked 'why' I would tell them I was a student in Korean (which was true!)
Of course it got easier meeting Koreans (especially Korean ladies) in Seoul. If you don't live in Korea you can still do it. I recommend going to the Korean parts of town and meeting Koreans there (you can start at the restaurant with your table's waiter.)

Tip #4 - Take Classes
If you're really serious about speaking Korean then I recommend taking classes near you. Or if you want more convenience you can learn Korean online (read more by clicking on the link!)
Added benefits to taking classes are that you get to meet and learn with other people who are at your Korean level. You also get teachers who introduce you to the culture and help you understand how things are done in Korea.
Or if you don't have the time you can simply listen to some Korean podcasts for learning Korean while doing other things.

Tip #5 - Make Korean Friends
The best way to learn Korean free is to make Korean friends. Simply hanging out with them and them taking the time to teach you what 'such and such' means will definitely help you.
The challenge is that you'll also have accept their values and pastimes. For example, the oldest person makes the decisions and they enjoy drinking!) ;-)
That doesn't mean that there aren't other things you can do to meet Koreans though. I recommend just being pro-active about it. There are many Korean guys who enjoy hiking, working on cars, etc…and going to social events (as opposed to just hanging out with their circle of friends.)

It will make things easier for everyone and they'll appreciate it.
